Plot Summary
Daniel (a private detective) is hired by beautiful and wealthy Rebecca to find out who killed her father. On the surface, it looks like an accident or suicide, but she is convinced he was murdered. The investigation leads to the discovery of a seedy world beneath the veneer of a civilized city famous for fine education, universities, and iconic 'Englishness'.
